...NIKKI...

Nikki is an intuitive and versatile player equally as comfortable with Bach and Chopin as she is with creating her own strange 'zooarrcchy' sounds and complicated riffs. Totally addicted to her keyboard - a classic love affair - she's always disappearing to play with it and pines for it if she doesn't get regular time with it...

She's got a real distinctive style of her own and is an inventive gear freak, writing sounds, combining footpedals and boxes with dials and knobs on them that frighten me to look at , let alone then reading and understanding manuals that might as well have stayed in the original Japanese for all their complexity.

All that and the looks of a depraved evil fairy too... Nikki is the spirit within MT-TV.

Annoyingly (- for me, she doesn't really care much about it!) she gets overlooked by photographers, so I'm always after images of her. Partly because she is pretty tiny and her keyboard is huge, but also because keyboards are inevitably pretty static on-stage, and the rest of MT-TV do a great deal of moving about which draws the eye. You'd be a fool to miss her.

She plays a Roland Fantom X8 and really, really loves Hawkwind and many classical works, specially Bach ( you know, the guy Hannibal Lecter was always listening to...)
