...THE FUSE...

Called 'The Fuse' for a few reasons...she's short...she blows up occasionally...and the band feel they would blow up without her. She is such an integral part of the band and music-writing experience, inspirational and an icon for each of the others...

She is the heart within MT-TV.

"Fuse is MT-TV's resident Goddess and Genius. We all pretty much sit down and watch her on-stage when she plays a solo. Cut your fingers off if you are a bassist because there really is no damn point going on...and don't go on after her either! She's damn, DAMN good!"

No. Really.

No... REALLY... Not just 'good for a woman'... but stunningly, unbelievably, jaw-droppingly, how-the-hell-did-she-do-that? GOOD. She could go head to head, or finger to finger with ANY world class bassist (even the dead-ones) and worry them. Don't just listen to me boasting about her - she is a quiet creature who lets her instrument talk for her and wouldn't be so vulgar as to go on about it... she doesn't have to. If you don't believe me or if you have any love for the ART of bass-playing in your heart at all, go to a gig and see for yourself.

She doesn't stand still either, she moves constantly, an elegant, rhythmic live-wire roaming all over the stage, her bass a perfect extension of her body. MT-TV should be grateful that someone invented the radio-packs as they'd be a gang of kittens caught up in wool if she was trailing a cable in her wake.

Bass-wise her influences are Jaco Pastorious, Jonas Hellborg and Geddy 'how-many-instruments-can-that-man-play-at-once-and-sing-too' Lee.

The Fuse plays a Steinberger Fretless through Line 6 Bass Pod Pro and Trace Elliot GP7.
